Online MLM Success by Getting People to Want to Make You Rich and Successful
How much would you pay to have a magic wand that would make it possible to communicate effectively with anyone and everyone you meet to create MLM success online? This magic wand would turn conflict into cooperation, frustration into excitement and lost business into massive profits virtually guaranteeing online MLM success.
Well there is no magic wand but there is a tool that can just about do everything above. And this is how to build a network marketing business.
I’ll tell you about it in just a second. But first, have you ever met someone you just didn’t like? It was just something about them that irritated the heck out of you? To make it worse was that person important to your happiness, like a customer or a boss?
It’s not just inconvenient to be in conflict with someone. It can be costly. It can cost you a customer, a team member, a sale, opportunities with a mentor or a Joint Venture partner. That’s why this tool is so critical.
In 2005 I created a model for understanding personalities. It came from my advanced degree program in human behavior, consulting with Fortune 500 companies on people systems and change, years of teaching 1000’s of people Ninjutsu (a Japanese martial art) and all the self-help books I had read.
I had learned tools like Myers-Briggs, DiSC, the Colors model and a bunch of others. They were all fine but they were either complex or they required you to learn a new vocabulary. None made sense right out of the box.
So my “Elements of Success” video training was born. It covers all the best parts of the best plus it is based on eastern philosophy, Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Void.
Have you ever met someone who was “Earthy”? Someone who was direct, no-nonsense and to the point. Of course you have.
How about a “Firey” person? They are action oriented, can’t sit still, wants to get going and are the life of the party.
The “Windy” person is hard to pin down. They are ultimately flexible. Asked where do they want to go eat the answer is, “Wherever you want to go.”
“Watery” people have a hard time committing too, but it is because they always need more information before making a decision. They fall back and ask questions, then fall back and back until they are satisfied and then they crash back in with full commitment, just like an ocean wave.
Everyone has a primary element and a secondary element. The goal is to find out which is your primary and secondary. Then strengthen your weak elements. This leads to the “Void”.
“Void” doesn’t mean an “absence of an element”. It means that you are a fully actualized individual. As such you are capable of being exactly what you need to be at just the right time. Rather than being wishy-washy you create the perfect experience for you and the people you engage with.
Everyone sees your strengths and wants to associate with you. It is sometimes called charisma. The ability to draw people to you and have them want to support you in your mission.
Will you ever get to the Void? Sure. But it may be hard to maintain. It is a practice and a journey.
But if you want to create massive success the Elements can get you there faster by enlisting the efforts of others.
