Top MLM Businesses
Start by determining who you are and what is important to you. How do you want to grow your business? Some of the top MLM businesses out there have lots of restrictions on internet marketing and there are others that are simply exploding on the internet with very little face-to-face contact.
What are your own values? Make sure you choose a company that matches your values. If the environment is important to you, there are lots of network marketing companies that have an environmental focus (try to look deeper to make sure it isn’t just “green-washing” but a true environmental commitment).
You also want to consider the industry. There are growth industries and there are shrinking industries. Sure, lots of people use skin care but those markets seem pretty well saturated with several MLMs that that rank across the board.
Consider how old the company is. You will find some folks hyping that you can “get in on the ground floor of the fastest growing MLM”, but that isn’t all it is cracked up to be. A lot of those companies never make it past the ground floor and there is a big learning curve for the company to develop the best training, back office, and support systems. Think twice before getting in the basement. You may just stay there.
Consider how much you need to do before you get paid. One of the things I love about our primary company is that a person could simply order a certain amount of product in a month and they will get a check. It isn’t even a ridiculous amount.
I have talked to other frustrated MLMers who have lots of customers in their group but no builders and they can’t get paid a penny until they have a builder. I don’t know why they stay other than loyalty to their upline. They certainly aren’t part of one of the top MLM businesses if that is how they treat their distributors.
My last piece of advice is to consider your partners in your opportunity. If your potential partners have no idea how to build a successful business I would thank them for thinking of me and then find someone who knows what to do and is doing it. Actions speak louder than words.
You have the ability to be in one of the most exciting industries available to regular people to achieve irregular results. Join one of the top MLM businesses, get trained, get in action, and never look back (something might be gaining on you!).
